Favorite thing about your job: So many things, if I have to pick I will go with the family type atmosphere as well as the same core values we share both at work and at home.

When I'm not working:
I’m playing drums or at whatever sport my son is playing.

What I listen to: A little bit of everything but 80's Hair Band/Metal is my favorite.

Words of Wisdom: “If you find yourself to be the smartest person in the room, it is time to find another room.”

Dream Dinner Guests: That person is not famous but he was a great friend. Missed and thought of every day. Just 1 more chance to talk would be great.

My Dream Car: 67 Mustang Shelby GT500

My Why: Plain and simple I just want to be a better person than I was the day before. I haven't come this far, just to come this far.

My Dream Car: 1971 Mustang Mach 1 Fastback in grabber green metallic.

My Why: I ask myself this question a lot - "Why" - I believe my why is to wake up everyday and further myself and wellbeing.  To work towards a better life for my husband Chris and my Cat "Cinnabar".

Troy Binder

Troy Binder

Name: Troy Binder

Preferred Title: Neurotic Boss-Man

Favorite thing about your job: Sharing in the success of others. Working to provide an environment where everyone feels safe to be themselves and make mistakes, with a focus on improving each day. Providing an environment for customers to enjoy a truly human, caring experience.

When not working: Above all, I enjoy relaxing with my family. I also enjoy reflection through journaling and theology while thoroughly enjoying a dram of single malt scotch 🙂
My desire is to improve myself and the environment which I occupy while understanding that all things are determined by One greater than myself.

What I listen to: Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Tool, System of a Down, Puscifer, Clutch, Tyler Childers, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Eddie Vedder, Ray LaMontagne, R.L. Burnside… I can keep going.

Words of Wisdom: No one has ever been incorrect before they are, so fail well and support others to do the same.

Dream Dinner Guests: Ayn Rand, Buckminster Fuller, John Calvin, David Brainerd, D. Edwards Deming, Russell Ackoff, Mark Twain, Sun Tzu, Marcus Aurelius, Petronius Arbiter, King Solomon,... I’m unsure of how many dinners I get to have?

My Dream Car: 1972 Chevy Camaro 400cid small block Mighty Mouse (I built this car when I was a teenager and would love to own it again!!)

My Why: It is natural to live life by accident; live it as it comes. Life becomes truly fulfilling when we peculiarly live our lives on purpose. This reveals the difference between happiness and fulfillment. A focus on fulfillment shifts motivations from the common numeric value assessment to a much higher human values assessment of positively impacting the lives of the people we come in contact with every day. Waking each morning inspired and ending each day fulfilled is not a goal, it is a vision revealing a path to be focused on. This path is distinctly my own, but I share this same vision so others can build their own path of fulfillment.
