This place goes the extra mile and is always beyond friendly. They make us feel like family. They truly care about you, your car and your best interest. I have never been steered wrong and I know I can always count them to help me. Honesty is never questioned here. I don't trust anyone and I TRUST Troy and the entire staff 150%!
Can't describe fully the peace of mind our family has being customers of Binder's Automotive. For years prior to coming to Binder's , we always had a sense of caution /concern when getting our vehicles serviced, because we are very aware of the unethical methods that many auto shops employ. We never have a worry at Binders. THE MOST ETHICAL AND HONEST AUTO SHOP YOU WILL EVER FIND. If Troy and his staff recommend something, we know it either needs immediate replacement or it is in the name of safety for our family. Tired of getting taken advantage of at the Stealership you bought your car from? Give these guys a try!! I went in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. I knew the brakes were getting worn and probably needed replacing. To my surprise, the mechanic brought me out the vehicle and showed me my front pads. He explained while they were getting worn, they still had about 3 months/3000 miles of life left before it would create bigger problems. So instead of just telling me they were bad, he gave me a choice to either fix now or come back in a couple of months. Because of their honesty, I let them fix it right then and there. Prices were reasonable and everyone I dealt with there was extremely professional.
My Mini Cooper had been making all kinds of humming/clunking noises for a long time, would over heat, and engine completely shut off sometimes. I took my car to Bergeys and they refused to look at the problem on my Mini Cooper because of lack of diagnostic tools/training, so I reached out to Binder's and they had all the tools and training to look at my car AND squeezed me in immediately. I dropped off my car that night and a problem was fixed in no time. The car runs perfectly, and sounds great! Thanks Binders!
Binders' has been my service station of choice since they started. They are courteous, professional and prompt. They run their business in a moral and customer-centric approach. Troy, Joey, Matty, Frank, etal are wonderful technicians and so very easy to work with. They are loyal to their customers and easy to work with. Great people, great shop. Highly recommended.
